This is a civil writ petition filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the impugned orders dated 24.11.1998 and 12.03.1999 (Annexures P-1 and P-2) vide which, path No.140, which belongs to the petitioner has been changed at his back by respondent No.1. 2. None has appeared on behalf of respondent No.3, who is the contesting party. There has been stay operating in favour of the petitioner since 21.05.1999. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in view of the same, the present petition be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same in case, any of the respondents seeks to implement the impugned orders or in case, any cause arises. 4. Keeping in view the abovesaid facts and circumstances, the present writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
