1.
As per office report, paper book is not available. A request for providing copy paper book was made to office of Advocate General, Haryana, however, no document has been received from said office.
2.
There was no representation of the appellants on 12.11.2025, 05.12.2025, 09.03.2026 and 05.05.2026. Even today, there is no change in the situation. It appears that with the efflux of time, the appellants have lost their interest to pursue the matter.
3.
In the backdrop, the appeal stands dismissed for non- prosecution, however, liberty is granted to move an appropriate application within 1 year, if cause survives.
