learned counsel for respondents in both the MJC No. 1998 of 2025 and MJC No. 86 of 2026.
2. In the light of the arguments presented in both the MJC No. 1998 of 2025 and MJC No. 86 of 2026, it is evident that both the parties transferred the suit property against the
order of this Court. Both the parties had filed MJC under Order 39 Rule 2A of the Code of Civil Procedure against each other whereby there are 54 Opposite Parties in MJC No. 1998 of 2025 and 33 Opposite Parties in MJC No. 86 of 2026; the ground raised in both the cases are very vague and since the main
