Learned counsel for the appellants submits that despite repeated efforts, she has not been able to establish contact with appellants. Even today, learned counsel has expressed her inability to proceed further in the matter as she continues to have no instructions or communication from the appellants. 2. It, therefore, appears that the appellants are not interested in prosecuting the present appeal. 3.
