A perusal of the case file reveals that on the last date of hearing i.e. 25.02.2026, neither the appellant nor anyone on his behalf appeared before this Court. It is further evident that on the last four consecutive dates of hearing, specific directions were issued to learned counsel for the appellant to take appropriate steps for impleading the legal representatives of the deceased appellant. However, despite such directions, today none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant and no such steps have been taken by learned counsel for the appellant. 3.
