JUDGMENT : 1. We have read the Review Petition and its annexures. For the purposes of the Review Petition we shall assume that the review petitioner had voted for the no-confidence motion. The criminal proceedings allege an agreement and bribe to vote against the no-confidence motion. Therefore, the protection of Article 105(2) is not available to the Review Petitioner. 2. The review petition is dismissed.
