The order passed in appeal dated 02.01.1998 by the learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack in Criminal Proceeding No.221 of 1991 directing the Petitioner-husband to pay maintenance of Rs.150/- per month from August, 1989 to March, 1995 and from April 1995 onwards at the rate of Rs.350/- and a further consolidated amount of Rs.1,000/- as cost of litigation is assailed in this criminal revision. 2. None appears on behalf of the Petitioner when the matter is called and there is no appearance on behalf of the Opposite Party as well. 3. Accordingly, the criminal revision along with pending Misc.
