Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the requisite documents could not be procured from the Bank in compliance of the order dated 14.01.2026. He prays that the appeal be disposed of with liberty to revive the same as and when the requisite documents are available.
2. In view of the above, and considering the fact that the present appeal pertains to the year 1998, no useful purpose would be served by keeping the matter pending. Accordingly, the present appeal is disposed of with liberty to revive the same, if advised but subject to law of limitation.
3. Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
