(ORAL) Learned counsel through whom the present appeal was initially filed was later elevated to the Bench and has since superannuated. Thereafter, Mr. Hemant Bassi, Advocate, put in appearance on behalf of the appellants in the year 2002. Though the respondents were proceeded against ex parte vide order dated 17.08.1998, however, since respondents No.2 and 3 were minors at that time, respondents No.1 to 3 were ordered to be served afresh vide order dated 23.01.2024. 2. The Registry has reported that no fresh addresses of respondents No.1 to 3 have been filed so far. The Registry has further reported that Mr. Hemant Bassi, Advocate, was informed through e-mail, however, today nobody has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants. 3. It appears that appellants are no longer interested in pursuing the appeal and as such, the same is hereby dismissed in default for want of prosecution.
