It is further informed that the present whereabouts of the Respondent are also not available with the Appellant thus, in the totality of the circumstances it has been decided by the Appellant organisation i.e. NCB to withdraw all such appeals including the instant appeal. In view of this categorical submission and supported by the document i.e. copy of the notesheet, the request is granted. As such, the appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.
