Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that respondent No.3-Gram Panchayat who is the contesting party is not appearing in the matter. It is submitted that in the said circumstances, the present petition be disposed of and liberty be granted to the petitioners to revive the same, in case, the Gram Panchayat in pursuance of impugned orders files execution petition or any cause arises.
