However, copy of impugned award was not placed on record either by appellant or by respondents, learned counsel for the appellant had sought time on 17.02.2026, matter was again taken up on 25.03.2026, on said date also, further time was sought by the appellant and matter was adjourned to 11.05.2026. 2. On 11.05.2026, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that despite his best efforts, he is unable to re-construct the record and copy of impugned award is not available with him. However, he sought another opportunity to make another effort.
