On 21.04.2026 the following order was passed : “Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has no instructions in the matter. None has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No.3. Let notice be issued to the petitioner and respondent No.3 through Civil Judge (Senior Division) concerned, returnable 21.05.2026.” 2. As per office report, the petitioner is stated to have died. The legal representatives of the petitioner have not come forward to be impleaded as party in the present case. Even today learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has stated that he has no instructions in the matter from the legal representatives of the petitioner.
