On the last date of hearing, the following order was passed by this Bench:-
“1.
Though a written request for adjournment has been made by learned counsel for the appellants, however, he is present in Court and submits that, in compliance of the order dated 19.12.2025, he has written various letters to the appellants to provide the complete and correct addresses of contesting respondent Nos. 1 and 2, but no reply has been received from the appellants till date.

Learned counsel for the appellants prays for one last opportunity.

In view of the above, as a last opportunity, the appellants are directed to furnish SHUBHAM 2026.05.12 15:50 I am the author of this document
RSA No. 1566 of 1997 (O&M) -2- complete and correct addresses of respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and to take fresh steps for service within a period of two weeks from today, failing which the present appeal shall be liable to be dismissed for non-prosecution, this being already the fourth adjournment granted to the appellants for the same purpose, despite a clear direction on the last date of hearing that no further adjournment shall be granted for the said purpose.

Adjourned to 11.05.2026 for awaiting service.

It is also made clear that non- appearance or any written request on behalf of the appellants on the next date of hearing shall entail that they have failed to do the needful, and accordingly, the present appeal shall be liable to be dismissed for non-prosecution.”

As per the office report, notice to respondents No. 1 and 2 have not been issued due to non-filing of their complete/correct addresses.

Consequently, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. However, liberty is granted to the appellants to move an appropriate application for revival of this appeal, if they so desire, after furnishing the correct/complete addresses of respondents No. 1 and 2 in accordance with law.

Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand
disposed of.
