Having carefully perused aforesaid communication, which is taken on record, this Court finds that sums of Rs.8,34,003/- and Rs. 6,54,120/- towards DCRG and leave encashment, respectively, along with up-to-date interest, have been paid to the petitioner vide cheque Nos. 46703 and 47612. 1 Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly, the same are closed.
