Learned counsel for the appellant submits that despite repeated efforts, he has not been able to establish contact with appellant. Even today, learned counsel has expressed his inability to proceed further in the matter as he continues to have no instructions or communication from the appellant. 2. It, therefore, appears that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the present appeal. 3. In the aforesaid circumstances, it is evident that no useful purpose would be served by keeping the present appeal pending on the docket for an indefinite period. 4.
