Pursuant to the order dated 19.05.2026, learned counsel for the State has placed on record the report dated 28.07.2026 before this Court received from the IIC, Burla Police Station, Sambalpur. As per the said report, the appellant- Nabaghana @ Dingur Meher has expired since 25.05.2018. He has also filed the Death Certificate of the appellant-Nabaghana @ Dingur Meher. Hence, the present appeal qua appellant- Nabaghana @ Dingur Meher stands abated. As per the said report, the respondent- Rajaram Meher has also expired since 26.05.2024. His son Basu Meher has given a written declaration before the IIC, Burla Police Station that his father Rajaram Meher has expired since 26.05.2024. The said report of the IIC, Burla P.S. along with the Death Certificate of the deceased appellant as well as the written declaration of Basu Meher are taken on record. Subhasis 2.
