This application has been filed by the appellant nos.1 and 2 seeking extension of time to pay the fine amount of Rs.15,000/- each as awarded against them. 2. Vide judgment dated 12.02.2026, this Court directed the appellant nos.1 and 2 to deposit Rs.15,000/- each as compensation under Section 5 of the Probation of Offenders Act within in a period of one month hence. By way of the present application, the appellant nos.1 and 2 are seeking extension of time for four weeks to pay the aforementioned fine amount. p. 2 Subhasis 3. For the reasons stated in the I.A., the same is allowed. Four weeks’ further time is extended for the appellant nos.1 and 2 to deposit the aforementioned amount as directed vide judgment dated 12.02.2026. 4.
