Respondent No.3 was reported to have died; whereas address of respondent No.5 was stated to be wrong. The appellants have not complied with the order dated 28.02.2024 as neither any applica$on is moved to implead the LRs of deceased-respondent No.3 nor the correct address of respondent No.5 has been filed $ll date. Rather a wri0en request for adjournment is received on behalf of learned counsel for the appellants, due to some personal difficulty.
