RSA No. 219 of 1996 was disposed of being infructuous vide order dated 02.03.2023 in view of settlement arrived at between the parties. 3. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that since settlement has been arrived at, therefore, present regular second appeal be also disposed of in terms of order dated 02.03.2023. 4.
