In view thereof, notice to the appellants were issued. 2. Today, notice is received with the report that both the appellants are not residing at the given addresses. Intimation to counsel for the appellants is also received with the remarks that “appellants never contacted with him”. 3. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, when counsel for the appellants has no instructions and no other addresses of the appellants is available so as to serve them, this Court deem it appropriate to dispose of the present appeal with liberty to the appellants to get it revived in case any cause of action still survives.
