Gair Mumkin TOTAL: Solatium @ 30% Appreciation @ 12% per annum TOTAL: Dissatisfied with the aforesaid award, the appellants/ landowners preferred reference petitions invoking Section 18 of the Act, which came to be disposed of by the learned Reference Court vide decision dated 17.05.1994 while determin the acquired land @ Rs.74,400/- Rs.20,000/- per acre for Barani land, benefits including solatium @ 30% and interest @ 9% per annum for the first year from the date of disposse per annum, till its realization; alongwith additional amount of 12%, (O&M) & other connected cases [2] Rachhpalwan, Tehsil Dasuya, District was acquired by the Government of Punjab vide and 03.02.1989, issued under Acquisition Act, 1894, for short ‘the Act’ espectively, for public purpose, namely, for ‘Kandi Canal Dolbaha The Land Acquisition Collector (for short 11.07.1990 assessed market value in as under:- Price Rs. 45123.75 Rs.64315.85 Rs.2180.40 Rs.47.40 Rs.111667.40 Rs.33500.22 Appreciation @ 12% per Rs.19217.95 Rs.1,64,385.57/ Dissatisfied with the aforesaid award, the appellants/ reference petitions invoking Section 18 of the Act, which came to be disposed of by the learned Reference Court while determining the market value of per acre for Chahi land and and, besides all other statutory including solatium @ 30% and interest @ 9% per annum for the first year from the date of dispossession and thereafter @ 15% per annum, till its realization; alongwith additional amount of 12%, Tehsil Dasuya, District vide , issued under Acquisition Act, 1894, for short ‘the Act’ Kandi Canal Dolbaha The Land Acquisition Collector (for short assessed market value in Rs.1,64,385.57/- Dissatisfied with the aforesaid award, the appellants/ reference petitions invoking Section 18 of the Act, which came to be disposed of by the learned Reference Court ing the market value of land and besides all other statutory including solatium @ 30% and interest @ 9% per annum for ssion and thereafter @ 15% per annum, till its realization; alongwith additional amount of 12%, SANJAY GUPTA 2026.02.17 18:49 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document RFA-2214 under the Act. 5. the present appeals were preferred at the instance of 6. through the paper 7. by the learned Reference Court in the award passed by the LAC is with respect to 9K the landowners considering aforesaid findings recorded by the learned Court below is based on proper appreciation of evidence in the form of jamaba year 1990 with the decision dated 17.05. 8. are hereby dismissed. 9. disposed of. 13.02.2026 sanjay Sr. No. 1. 2. 2214-1996 (O&M) & other connected cases under the Act. A perusal of the record shows that only alteration made by the learned Reference Court in the award passed by the LAC is with respect to 9K-9M of acquired land which was owned by on the landowners-Som Singh, who has been awarded market value by considering his acquired parcel of land to be aforesaid findings recorded by the learned Court below is based on proper appreciation of evidence in the form of jamaba year 1990-1991 and as such no illegality or perversity can be found with the decision dated 17.05.1994.
