Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that the LRs of the appellant have not approached him to state as to whether they wish to further pursue the appeal or not and in the said circumstances, has submitted that the present appeal be disposed of but liberty be granted to the LRs of the appellant to revive the appeal in case any cause survives. 5.
