On 30.09.2025 the following order was passed : ‘As per the office report, neither the application has been filed to implead LRs of respondents No.1, 4(i) nor the correct addresses of respondents No.2, 3, 4(ii), 4(iii) and 4(iv) have been filed. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that he is not in touch with the appellants. Let notice be issued to the appellants for 10.11.2025.’ 2. As per the Office report, the appellants remain unserved as their attorney holder, namely, Naurata Singh, has since died. There is no other address of the appellants available with the Court for effecting their service except the one mentioned in the memo of parties and in the judgments and decrees passed by both the Courts concerned.
