Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant has already been acquitted vide judgement and order dated 16.1.2023 passed by the learned trial Court (a copy of said order is annexed as annexure No.1 to this application) and now this matter has become infructuous due acquittal of the appellant by the learned trial Court. Thus, she prayed that this appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn. 3. Learned A.G.A. raised no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the appellant. 4.
