By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing conclude proceedings under Section 24 of the Haryana Panchayati
The petitioner alleges encroachment by the private respondents a common street/common passage.
In view of the provisions as Common Lands Act, 1961 (as applicable to State of Haryana n efficacious alternative remedy to seek removal of encroachment.
Keeping in view the alternate remedy available to the petitioner, this Court finds no reason to interfere in the present writ petition. The same is ordered to be dismissed.
