For Petitioner(s): Mr.N.Suresh ORDER The Revision Petitioner herein is the 28th respondent in I.A.No.374 of 2017 on the file of Principal Sub Court, Tiruvannamalai, which was filed by the deceased plaintiff for the relief of partition and other consequential relief against the defendants 1 to 15. 2. Since the relief claimed by the Revision Petitioner is to seek only a direction for a speedy disposal, the notice to the respondents is dispensed with. 3.Before the trial court, originally, the suit was filed in the year 2005 and the same was dismissed for default. Hence, the application in I.A.No.374 of 2017 was filed to condone the delay of 18 days to restore the suit in O.S.No.121 of 2010. All these years, the said application is pending.
