Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that inspite of the best efforts, he has not been able to get in touch with the appellant and thus, he is not in a position to state as to whether any cause survives in the present appeal as on date and hence, he prays that the present appeal may be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous but liberty may be granted to the appellant to revive the appeal, in case any cause of action survives.
2. In view of the above, the present appeal is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous with the aforesaid liberty.
3. Registry is directed to send the copy of the present order to the parties on the addresses mentioned in the memo of parties.
