Kandpal, Senior Advocate, assisted by Mr. Devesh Kandpal, Advocate for the petitioner. Mr. Dinesh Bankoti, Brief Holder, for the State. (2) According to petitioner, he was engaged as a daily wager in the Forest Department in 1983 against a Group D post, however his services were regularised only on 22.1.2009. Petitioner has retired from service on 30.6.2023 from the post of Forester. Since petitioner has not been paid pension and other retiral dues, therefore, he has approached this Court seeking direction to competent authority to add the entire services, rendered by him as daily wager, in his regular service for the purpose of computation of pension and other benefits. (3) Learned State Counsel submits that if petitioner has any grievance, then he can approach the competent authority by making representation. (4) Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by permitting the petitioner to make representation to the competent authority highlighting his grievance.
