1 The appellants have filed the present appeal under Section 14- A(2) of ‘the Schedule Castes and Schedule Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989’, hereinafter being referred to as the ‘SC/ST Act’, against the order dated 02.02.2026, passed by the learned Special Judge Palwal, designated under SC/ST Act, hereinafter being referred to as ‘trial Court’ only. 2.
