The amendment shall be carried out within a period of one week from today, and the amended copies shall be filed on record. Writ Petition No. 5430 of 2026 Heard. 2. The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that similarly situated employees have been granted the benefit of the Old Pension Scheme, whereas the petitioners have been deprived of the same benefit. He, therefore, submits that the present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to extend the benefit of Old Pension Scheme to the petitioners as well. 3. Upon the amendment being carried out and the amended copies being supplied, the learned Assistant Government Pleader waives service of notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 4. 5. The learned Counsel for the petitioners is permitted to serve notice on respondent No.5 by all permissible modes of service in law, including the Court notice, and shall file affidavit to that effect. 6.
