The case of the petitioner is that he was posted in a tribal area, i.e. at Electrical Sub Division No. III, Bhabanagar, District Kinnaur, as a Senior Assistant on 17.10.2023, where he still continues to serve. According to the petitioner, despite the fact that now he has completed three winters and two summers in a tribal area, yet his representation for posting him out of the tribal area has not been decided. 3. On the other hand, learned Counsel for the respondents 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 submits that the petitioner has completed two winters and two summers in the tribal area and therefore, his representation is premature. 4. Be that as it may, in light of the fact that now the petitioner has completed three winters in the tribal area because this petition is being taken in the last week of February, 2026, this petition is disposed of with the direction that let the request of the petitioner for his transfer out of the tribal area be considered by the competent authority in terms of the transfer policy and appropriate order be passed thereupon in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks, after hearing the petitioner.
