ORDER : 1. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and having regard to the particular facts and circumstances of this case, we are satisfied that the relevant documents which should have accompanied the grounds of detention were not served on the detenu along with the order of detention. The Writ Petition is allowed. We direct that the detenu should be set at liberty forthwith.
