This Court vide Order dated 10.04.2025 had directed status quo with regard to the land comprising survey No. 4652 situated at Mouza Tulmulla, Ganderbal, subject matter of the writ petition. 03. Both the counsels appearing before this Court submit that the WP(C) no. 580/2025 has been withdrawn uncondionally and interim order dated 14.03.2025 stands vacated. 04. In view of the aforesaid submission, this LPA has become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed along with connected CM(s).
