Pursuant to previous order dated 09th September 2023, Mr. Anshuman Bal, counsel for petitioners/claimants, submits that he has filed the Aadhar cards of both the petitioners/claimants, namely Om Prakash and Urmila Devi. 2. As per their Aadhar cards, the date of birth of petitioner no.2/Om Prakash is 01st January 1953 and that of petitioner no.1/Urmila Devi, is 01st January 1954. Therefore, both the petitioners/claimants are septuagenarians. 3. Both petitioner no.1/Urmila Devi and petitioner no. 2/Om Prakash have presented themselves before the Court through VC and the Court has interacted with them. They submit that they are living in a rented accommodation and have taken loans in order to ensure their livelihood. 4. Therefore, considering that they are in their old age and need to be financially secure and debt free, the impugned order is set aside with a This is a digitally signed order. Mr. Anshuman Bal, counsel for petitioners/claimants, also states that he has counselled both the petitioners/claimants, in order to ensure that the money released in their favour is not dissipated for any nefarious purposes, as was the apprehension expressed by the MACT vide impugned order. 7.
