The present appeal has been filed by the appellants Dalchini, Munnilal, against the judgement and order dated 02.12.1985 passed by Special Judge EC Act, Banda, in S.T. No. 319 of 1985, under Sections 323/34, 325/34, 452 IPC, P.S.- Kotwali City, District Banda. 4. The appeal in so far as the appellant no.2 Munnilal is concerned, stood abated vide order dated 17.12.2025. 5. As per office report dated 5.5.2026 a report from C.J.M., Banda, dated 17.12.2025 has been received stating therein that the appellant no.1 Dalchini has died about 15 years ago. The report is after due inquiry. 6. Accordingly, the appeal also stands abated with regard to the appellant no. 1 Dalchini. 7. The matter be consigned to records. 8. The trial court records, if received, be sent back along Versus Counsel for Appellant(s) : V.P. Srivastava Counsel for Respondent(s) : A.G.A.
