ORDER : This writ petition was filed by Shri A.P. Antulay challenging the constitutional validity of Section 6 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1947. Mr. Singhavi, learned counsel who appeared for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the petition and accordingly the petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
