3. Vide order dated petitioner was granted interim bail and was directed to join investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that case of the present petitioner is on similar footings as that of co-accused namely, Anant Ram, who has already been granted interim bail, vide order dated 20.04.2026 passed by this Court in CRM-M-21269- Notice of motion. In pursuance of advance notice, Mr. Anup Singh, AAG, Punjab put in appearance and accepted notice on behalf of respondent-State and did not dispute the fact that the case of the present petitioner is as that of the co-accused. Heard. Given above, the petitioner is directed to join the investigation as and when required by Investigating Officer. In the event of his arrest, the petitioner shall be admitted to interim bail on furnishing bonds to the satisfaction of investigating/arresting Officer subject to the conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of the BNSS (erstwhile Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.), till the next date of hearing. Interim order in the same terms as passed in M-21269-2026. To be heard alongwith CRM 2026, on the date fixed i.e.13.07.2026.
Vide order dated 08.05.2026 passed by this Court, petitioner was granted interim bail and was directed to join investigation.
