The learned counsel for the revision petitioners submitted that the suit for specific performance has been pending since the year 2019. Both parties have already submitted their written arguments long ago and prayed for the speedy disposal of O.S.No.82 of 2019, which was filed in the year 2019. 3. Considering that the case has been pending since the year 2019, the learned the trial Judge is directed to frame the issues and dispose of the case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision petition is allowed.
