An affidavit of compliance on behalf of the alleged contemnors is filed in Court today, let that be taken on record. 4. According to the same by dint of order dated July 30, 2026, the petitioner has been granted approval of appointment. Also in terms of order dated July 30, 2026 issued by Director of Public Instruction, West Bengal pay fixation of the petitioner has been granted. 5. The Court is constrained to note that compliance of the order of this Court under contempt has been done by the alleged contemnors only after issuance of rule. 6. It is also noted that since after filing of the contempt application, there has been further proceedings of hearing of recalling application, 2 change of incumbent in the Office of the alleged contemnors etc. 7. Considering all as above, the affidavit of compliance filed by the alleged contemnor, is accepted. Accordingly, order of this Court under contempt i.e. dated March 28, 2024 in Writ Petition WPA 12648 of 2018 has been found as duly and substantially complied with by the alleged contemnors. 8. On the basis of the finding as above, the instant contempt application stands disposed of. 9. The Contempt Rule earlier issued by this Court stands discharged. (Rai Chattopadhyay, J.)
