Ms. Punita Arora, learned counsel appearing for Respondent No. 6 - Developer, submits that pursuant to the orders dated 21st July 2026, 4th August 2026 and 6th August 2026 passed by this Court, an agreement has not only been executed by the in between the Petitioner and Respondent No. 6, but the same has also been MAYUR KONDIRAM ADANE Digitally signed by MAYUR KONDIRAM ADANE Date: 2026.08.19 18:28:21 +0530
6-WP-1982-2026 (OS).DOC registered, thus putting an end to the dispute involved in this Writ Petition. Therefore, the matter can be closed.
2. Mr. Pradip Kadam, learned counsel for the Petitioner, in his usual fairness, has accepted such submission of Ms. Arora and has submitted that he has no objection to dispose of the writ petition.

Learned counsel for the other Respondents also do not have any objection to such an order.
4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is hereby disposed of by confirming that the rights and contentions of the contesting parties shall stand governed by the registered agreement, which has been executed by the parties on 18th August 2026.
5. We, however, reiterate that the terms and conditions of the agreement dated 18th August 2026 shall abide by the final order that may be passed in the proceedings preferred by Respondent No. 6 - Developer before the Hon’ble Minister of Housing, Government of Maharashtra.
6. The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
