The only prayer made in the present petition is to direct the Principal Secretary, Department of Finance & Revenue, Government of U.P. Lucknow to decide the Departmental Revision dated 24.07.2013 filed under Rule 13 of U.P.Government Servant (Discipline & Appeal) Rules 1999. 2. Learned Standing Counsel was granted time to place the facts regarding pendency of the aforesaid revision but till date nothing has been placed before the Court. 3. In the interest of justice, the present petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to place certified copy of this order along with copy of the revision dated 24.07.2013 before the respondent/Principal Secretary, Department of Finance & Revenue, Government of U.P. Lucknow within two weeks. In case, the petitioner does so, the respondent is directed to decide the Departmental Revision dated 24.07.2013 most expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months thereafter. In case, the decision has already been taken in the matter, respondent is directed to communicate the same to the petitioner forthwith.
