Today when the matter is being taken up, again no one has appeared for the petitioner to press the writ petition. 3. In view of the aforesaid, the Court is left with no other alternative but to dismiss the writ petition for want of prosecution. 4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. 5.
