The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the impugned order dated 07.11.2024 (Annexure P-5) passed by the Appellate Authority, Gurdaspur whereby the mesne profits have been assessed as ₹6,000/- per month. 2. The impugned order was passed on 07.11.2024 and the present revision petition was preferred on 07.03.2025 and since then the same has been pending before this Court. Repeatedly adjournments are being sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Today also the learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has no lease deed to show the current market rate. 3. No other arguments have been addressed. 4. In the present case the eviction of the petitioner was directed vide order dated 25.07.2024 (Annexure P-1). Today the learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to apprise this Court as to whether any amount at all has been deposited towards mesne profits as directed vide order dated 07.11.2024.
