JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH) 3 21-04-2026 Though the present writ petition has been filed challenging the judgment dated 08.07.2025, passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Patna Bench, Patna in OA/050/00846/2024 whereby and whereunder the original Patna High Court CWJC No.1981 of 2026(3) dt.21-04-2026 2/2 application has been allowed and the impugned order dated 14.03.2024 has been set aside, however the learned counsel for the petitioners has pointed out that the period of two years for which the petitioner was debarred from working in all premium and express trains by the said order dated 14.03.2024, has already expired, whereafter the petitioner has been posted in premium and express trains. Therefore, it is submitted that the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous during the interregnum period, thus the same be disposed of. 2.
