Page No.# 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner shall abide by all the conditions imposed upon him and shall face the trial as one of the accused. The learned APP has objected to the continuation of the interim bail. However, upon perusal of the records, it is seen that the charge-sheet was submitted during the period when the petitioner was on interim bail, and that he had participated in the investigation in terms of the orders of this Court. Accordingly, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 18.08.2025 is hereby made absolute, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Trial Court as and when summoned.
