Application is disposed of. LPA No. 57/2026. The present intra court appeal is directed against the writ court judgment dated 13th October, 2025, whereby the appellants were directed to process, settle and release the pension and other retiral benefits of the respondent within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the order and in the event of failure of the appellants to process, settle and release the pension and other retiral benefits within the aforesaid period, the appellants were directed to pay an interest @ 7% from the date same became due to the petitioner till its actual payment thereof. The issue involved in this intra court appeal is identical to the one in LPA 306/2025 and even FIR No. 19/2011 registered with Crime Branch, Kashmir is also same in both the appeals. The judgment rendered by the coordinate bench in LPA No. 306/2025, covers the controversy involved in this appeal as well.
