Without expressing any opinions on the merits of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 12.07.2026 after issuing notice to the counter parties and pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the orders. Further, if any cognizable offence is made out as against the 3rd & 4th respondent, the 2nd respondent is directed to register the FIR in accordance with law. 3.
