Instant petition under Section 482 BNSS is filed seeking pre-arrest bail of the petitioners in connection with T.R. No.41 of 2018 pending in the file of learned A.D.J.-cum- P.O. Special Court, under POCSO Act, Rayagada arising out of Rayagada P.S. Case No.177 of 2018 on the grounds stated. 3. In view of the order in the ABLAPL as at Flag-A and as thereby, the petitioners had been allowed to surrender and to go on bail in order dated 5th July, 2021 but they could avail it as informed by learned counsel appearing for them, this Court considering the same is inclined to direct all to surrender within a stipulated period in compliance thereof. 4. Accordingly, it is ordered. 5. In the result, the ABLAPL is disposed of with the direction as aforesaid. In the event, the petitioners surrender before the court of learned A.D.J.-cum-P.O. Special Court, under POCSO Act, Rayagada within fortnight from today, it is directed that they shall be released on bail in connection with T.R. No.41 of 2018 corresponding to Rayagada P.S. Case No.177 of 2018 in compliance of the order in ABLAPL No.3594 of 2019 subject to suitable conditions imposed as deemed just and proper and in the facts and circumstances of the case. 6.
