This is a bail application U/S.483 of BNSS by the petitioners for grant of interim bail in connection with Birmaharajpur PS Case No.191 of 2025 corresponding to SC Case No.14 of 2026 pending in the file of learned Sessions Judge, Sonepur for commission of offences punishable U/Ss. 103(2)/118(2)/109/61(2)/ 3(5) of the BNS, on the main allegation of committing murder of one Ajit Kumar Khandagiri. 3. Heard, Mr.Raj Kishore Swain, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.C.Mohanty, learned Addl. PP in the matter and perused the record. 4. The sole ground that was advanced before the Court is to allow the petitioners for interim bail to attend the obsequies of their late father who is stated to have died on 11.02.2026, but the obsequies period of 14 days is already over, therefore, the ground is no more subsisting to the petitioners. Further, there is serious allegation against the petitioners for committing murder of one Ajit Kumar Khandagiri. In the aforesaid facts and situation, since the petitioners have not made out any ground for grant of interim bail, the present bail application stands rejected. 5.
